Business law Case Study Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1250 words

Business law - Case Study Example The client or different people ought to be shielded from hurt not just while he is playing out a business exchange yet additionally while entering and leaving the premises. This case goes under the domain of Occupier’s Liability Act 1957. The Occupiers Liability Act 1957 directs occupiers obligation to guests or clients who pay visit to their premises. S 1(2) of the Act characterizes ‘visitors’ as people who enter the premises with the authorization by the occupier. The Learned Wig is where guests are welcome to do a business exchange. According to the law, guests are those people who have the express or suggested authorization of the occupier to be on the premises to complete an exchange. In this way, Henry was a guest to the occupier’s premises and henceforth goes under the arrangements of this Act. On the off chance that Henry was a trespasser the case would have gone under the Occupiers Liability Act 1984. Area 2(4)(a) of Occupiers’ Liability Act 1957 proclaims that an admonition will just release the occupiers’ obligation in regards to peril, yet the admonition ought to be sensible and must have important rules to dodge such threats. In Henry’s case there was no notice suggesting Henry to avoid the heap of books, which was going to fall on him. A straightforward admonition like ‘do not touch’ or ‘enter at your own risk’ couldn't be treated as notice since it is absolutely lacking to welcome the consideration of the guests against the threat sitting tight for them. The admonition gave by The Learned Wig isn't explicit and is a tenacious desistance from taking obligation of wounds brought about by their carelessness. The admonition, which the administration has put, was only a sign advised the clients, and the equivalent had shrouded intentions and was not expressive to the guest or to the client, and henceforth it can't be treated as an ad equate notice under the stipulation. How to shear a sheep

As the time wore on, however, I turned out to be increasingly more stressed over one visual cue under â€Å"Items to Bring,† was recorded â€Å"A body with the quality and ability to figure out how to shear sheep. Eagerness, I could deal with, however I wasn't so secure with quality. Our schoolmates, regardless of whether ranchers or not, would all be greater and more grounded than me-the vast majority are, factually. Erin had been working out in light of hearing explicitly. I'd went through the three months since January Joking about expecting to begin, in any case, obviously, never did. In the first part of the day, when Erin and I approached the pre-class hover of would-be-shearers, our educator was saying something regarding how, used to be, they exhorted you take the class just If you could seat press 120 lbs.I mitigated my appalling feeling of fear by considering when Emily figured out how to shear (quit worrying about that she was 1 5 at that point, and I'm 23), thinki ng about everybody's empowering tweets and messages, and swearing that, If I endured without genuine humiliation (removing an ear, very day (which, obviously, presently can't seem to occur). After a couple of shearing shows and a practice of the 5 places of shearing, there truly was nothing left to do except for attempt it ourselves. â€Å"It's Just similar to figuring out how to swim,† they let us know, film goat Jump in! â€Å".We all split up into gatherings of four, got a sheep and a couple of scissors, and got the opportunity to work. In any case, you sit the sheep up before you-this is first position. Beginning at the breastbone (we considered it the brisket! ), begin shearing off the midsection fleece. Since this is the fleece that is dirtiest, it assists with feeling free to get it off the beaten path. It's imperative to shear sufficiently wide to ensure that you're very much set-up for more distant not far off. After you remove the gut fleece, you hang over further and take the fleece off the legs and groin, kind of scooping the scissors up the correct leg, over, and down the left leg.The huge risk here is coincidentally shearing off an ewe's nipples, so you should cover them up with your left hand (â€Å"you sure won't shear ‘me off at this point! â€Å"). Emily encourages me explore a precarious spot. When the gut, groin, and legs are perfect, you turn around 90 degrees, change into second position, and begin shearing her left rear leg (I'm utilizing the ladylike pronoun cause, well, most sheep are ewes). It's likewise in this second step you clean the fleece up from the tail region, and, since her head is effectively available, shear off the topknot of downy from the highest point of her head. I love the delightful way much Rein's grinning in this image. Shearing is fun! After than, you swing your legs around your sheep and into third position. You're going to move your scissors up from the brisket along the neck, and end your stroke (or â€Å"blow,† as they're called) under the left half of her jawline. This is, as I would see it, the most exciting I imply that in the two detects some portion of shearing. You're â€Å"unzipping† the choose along the underside of the neck, and it certainly looks and feels the coolest, Because (clearly) the sheep is canvassed in fleece, you can't tell where the fleece closes and the sheep starts except if you have an exceptionally precise information on her particular life systems and musculature (more on this present later). It's quite alarming to move a couple of scissors into the obscure fairly, obscure, with the exception of the information that, on the off chance that you commit an error, you could cut your sheep's neck pretty gravely. On the off chance that one finish of the mistake range are scratches and cuts, at that point the opposite finish of the range is second cuts, which are short bits of downy that weren't taken off with he first go of the scissors. Second cuts cause a wide range of issues whenever joined into yarn, they make it more fragile, and cause it to pill all the more rapidly as it's imperative to hold them to a minimum. In truth, our teachers disclosed to us that we should not be so scared of cutting the sheep, on the grounds that, something else, everything we'd do is make second cuts. I wasn't so good at not being apprehensive (be that as it may, even now, I scratched a couple of sheep). After you've opened up the downy along the neck, you continue causing equal goes with your shears-to up from the chest, along the left half of the neck, finishing directly under the eye; up the chest, along the neck, end under the ear. This is the part when it's simplest to remove an ear, in this way, Just like with the nipples, you should discover it, get hold of it, and make a point to keep it out of damage's way. When the left half of the neck is clear, you begin dealing with the left shoulder. Emily demonstrated Erin and I a touch of weight-moving footwork that gets the sheep's shoulder in a superior situation to shear. The more you think about your sheep, the simpler she'll be for you to shear-and since she's canvassed in fleece, it can now and again be difficult to tell. On the off chance that you know she's fat, it'll be, as Emily says, â€Å"Easy, such as shearing a sea shore ball.If she's thin, you will need to work somewhat harder to explore around the hard hips, shoulders, and spinal procedures. Does she have two nipples, or are there four (ewes once in a while have an extra minimal set) to keep an eye out for? On the off chance that she's a pinewood sheep with Merino legacy (hi, Corm), she will be canvassed in the wrinkles and additional skin that those varieties were reproduced to have (more skin = more hair follicles = more fleece per sheep), and you will need to make a point not to scratch those. On the off chance that she's healthy, she should shear easily. If she's doing inadequately, however, th e lanolin (which for the most part liquefies a piece, and assists o with greasing up the scissors) won't stream so unreservedly, and rather remains thick, similar to wax, and gums up your scissors. I was constantly stunned at its closeness, and lowered by the measure of solidarity and information required-I don't think Vive experienced anything like it in my each and every inch of each and every sheep, and afterward utilize that information to explore a possibly perilous circumstance (those scissors are sharp), and end up with a significant item (7 or 8 lbs of fleece for every sheep). That stated, it's additionally hot, sweat-soaked, oily, troublesome, messy, debilitating, poppy, foul, baffling, and here and there ridiculous. Hauling ourselves back to the lodging after the primary day, I told Erin, â€Å"If anybody ever reveals to me shearing like a lovely, smooth, athletic move between the shearer and the sheep, I'm goanna punch ‘me in the face,† and there were a lot of Jokes about, â€Å"Any Job where your read end's goat be higher than your head-that is not a great job! † So, back to business. When the entire left side is clear, you slide the sheep down your shin and into fourth position.A large piece of learning the positions is ensuring the sheep is agreeable the more agreeable she is, the less she'll battle and battle, and the simpler it is for he both of you. It's the ideal opportunity for what's known as the long blows, which are probably the least demanding pieces of shearing to learn (yet hardest to ace). They likewise look truly cool. You move your scissors directly over the body, tail to head. You continue making blows along the back, making a point to keep the brush of your scissors directly along the bend of her back, until you're one blow past her spine. After that comes fifth position: swing your correct leg around, get your sheep, and, holding her nose between your knees, begin shearing down the correct side-head, neck, and s houlder-rolling the sheep up towards you as you descend her body. When you're past the shoulder, you begin making corner to corner goes down the correct side-you're nearly done! In the wake of making those askew goes down the sheep's correct side, all there is left to do is clean up the correct leg and rump. Perceive how Erin is utilizing her left hand to place all her weight into the sheep's privilege flank? That fills two needs 1) it fixes the correct leg, so it's simpler to shear, and 2) it takes care of the skin, so that there's less danger of it getting trapped in the scissors. Truly, there's so much skin-fixing, head-holding, ear-getting, leg-undermining, and nipple sparing finished with the non-scissors holding-hand, you should state that it accomplished all the work! All things considered, both Erin and I had entirely sore right 1) vibrate and 2) are trickling with engine oil and lanolin. It is difficult. In any case, when you've wiped off that last leg, you're done!Emily rea lly took recordings of both Erin and me completing our sheep-they're up on Faceable, on the off chance that you'd prefer to see more. Thus, here I am after my first-historically speaking sheep, smiling like a blockhead. She appears as though a floor covering after it's been vacuumed! In any case, the Job's not over once the sheep's shorn! In their differing levels of completeness annoying from the ravishing cascades of fleece created by a portion of the accomplished shearers to the absolutely pulverized scragglier delivered by us all tenderfoots the wools were taken to the evading table and sorted. As somebody who decided in favor of second cuts, I felt somewhat remorseful! Erin and I left away from the end of the week truly depleted, however in any case fiercely enthused about shearing-not exclusively would we say we are anticipating following alongside Emily when she's in Virginia next, but on the other hand we're considering going up to Maryland for the fleece pool (would you be a ble to envision seeing an entire state worth of fleece, across the board place!? ), and e unquestionably need to go to Maryland Sheep and Wool, as well (anybody have a love seat or an extra room for us? ).

Which Reach Schools Should be on a College List TKG

Which Reach Schools Should be on a College List Reach schools: a sensitive topic. We know. Every year, we have to talk our clients down from 8 to 3 reach schools on their list, and it’s rarely pretty. Sometimes, there are tears. Often, there are large exhales. We understand that it’s challenging to whittle the “reach” category of your list down to a realistic size and scope because the college application process is probably one of the most challenging and stressful times in your life thus far. And making decisions when you’re stressed out is hard. We don’t envy you, but we do want to help you and remind you that with this blog post and every other one that we are on your side. We want you to go to college just as much as you do. So, which reach schools are appropriate to have on your college list? It depends on your test scores and GPA, of course. Everyone is different and thus, everyone has different reach schools. Take a look at median test scores and GPAs of accepted students to the various schools in which you†™re interested and place your scores and GPA along those spectrums. Are your numbers near the bottom or slightly below the lower end of those spectrums? It’s a reach for you. If your scores are way way below (like, more than 2 points on the ACT or 100 points on the SAT, we’d really encourage you to reconsider if it belongs on your list). We want balance. And that might mean reconsidering a dream school. As we said, we want you to get into college. And if you’re applying to 8 reach schools and 2 targets or safeties, you’re not setting yourself up for success. There are thousands of colleges in the US. Keep an open mind and remain flexible throughout this process. Easier said than done, we know. There are some schools, however, that are reaches for every single person, regardless of test scores and GPA, just because of their acceptance rate. The acceptance rate is # of total applicants divided by # applicants accepted. This seems obvious but it’s important to remember that th e chief determinant of universal “reach” status here is the sheer # of applicants. Of course, you might be qualified, but because there are just so many people applying, the odds that you’re accepted are not on our side. There are exceptions to every rule, but our best practice is that the following schools are reaches for almost everyone and really we aim for students to not have more than 2-3 on their list:HarvardStanfordYaleBrownCornellColumbiaDartmouthMITPrincetonDukeGeorgetownPomonaUC BerkeleyUSCJohns HopkinsTuftsNorthwesternIf you find yourself wanting to add more, really ask yourself why. Be specific. And “because it’s, like, it’s Harvard!!” is not a reason. Nor is, “well I’ve just always dreamed of going to Yale and everyone seems super happy there.” Insufficient. We grill our students on why they want to go to every school on their list and we expect them to have specific explanations and to have done their research. This is the same for these highly sel ective schools. As always, let us know if you need help figuring out the specifics on your reaches and overall college list.

Got Internet Pornography Essay - 1283 Words

Got Internet Pornography? Pornography is viewed differently by everyone. Is pornography as bad as it is made out to be? What if it is that persons outlet from reality, just like smoking, drinking, snowboarding, skiing. Is it hurting anyone. Some say it is degrading to women. Do those women that do it think it is degrading. If they did they wouldn’t do it. There are several different types of pornography in the world. It started in art where we had sculptures of Aphrodite naked, we had many artists who painted pictures of nude women. But people look at that and say oh how pretty. But in the present day we have printing presses, we have internet, and people try to make their own art with their bodies and people criticize them. Why? How?†¦show more content†¦This way it is safe and sound behind a password for you and your eyes only. It also lets people that want to get their amateur pictures out there. The Cons of Pornography on the internet is that it is very easy to get to especially if you have Kazaa, or a downloading program similar, because they have tons of them on those downloading programs even child pornography. I also believe that this has given a rise to the child porn industry if there is such a thing. It has also given a rise in things that would not have been done and published in a magazine. Like sodomy with animals, and things that shouldn’t be placed in places but are. The biggest problem I have with regards to internet pornography, is the lack of consideration for laws in different societies when it comes to child pornography. In one society we have child pornography when a person is under the age of 18, then we have a society that has a law that says pictures of people under 16 are considered child pornography. Why can’t every society have the same laws or make it a universal internet law that says child porn on the internet means that any pictures of children under the age of 18, 16, whatever they decide to do. Yes older people that look at younger children are gross, but what about those 17 year olds that want to see someone their own age and goes and finds a person from Australia. That 17 yr old will get into trouble because he wanted to look at girls his own age. Is that against the law. The future of VOIP could also be formed by a lot of politics. As we ve seen, the various approaches of the EU and therefore the U.S. haven t made any form of neutral zone during which problems with VOIP readying will be adjudged solely on their technical deserves. In the U.S., the history of linking social and economic policies to a network–centric read of the globe has caused inevitable confusion as services become more and more application–centric. And up to date steps to accommodate public–policy goals to IP–voice services haven’t mainly addressed the massive queries of regulative classification. The implementation of forward–looking, technologically–neutral classifications in the European Union has not made the applying of regulatory discretion immune from political support by dominant carriers. First, through international consultation. Europe and also the U. S. For example, the approach to emergency services need not be identical —perhaps there is a demand for governmental mandate, perhaps for voluntary (but ubiquitous) business action, perhaps just for government–mandated shopper notice. At the same time, some main principles — like access to markets — might most likely need harmonization, as VOIP services move freely across borders. The Battle Of The Civil War - 1643 Words

The American Civil War started on April 12th, 1861. It was by far the bloodiest war ever fought on American land. The war left a mark on America with 620,000 people killed and millions of casualties. It was between the northern states called the Union, and the Southern states called the Confederacy. They were angry at each other, mainly because of three reasons: slavery, Compromise of 1850 and secession. All three of these factors led to the inevitability of the Civil War. Slavery, some historians argue, was the main cause for the Civil War. It was one of the biggest issues in the 1800 s. Slavery generated conflict between the Southern and Northern states. The South was heavily reliant on slavery. They had a lot of plantations, which†¦show more content†¦Marx proclaimed, This would fully accord with the loudly proclaimed principle that only certain races are capable of freedom, and as the actual labour is the lot of the Negro in the South, so in the North it is the lot of the German and the Irishman, or their direct descendants (Davidson 71). These immigrants were willing to work at low wages in the North, which eliminated the need for slavery. The Abolitionist movement started around the 1830 s and ended around the 1870 s, and their goal was to end slavery. This drive to end slavery was fueled by the second Great Awakening, which were religious movements that spread the idea that we are all God s children and equal. In the early 1830 s, the American Anti-Slavery Society was formed, which declared slavery to be a sin. By the mid 1830 s, this organization had expanded all over the Northern states, spreading the message to end slavery. A book was written to further help spread the message of the cruelty of slavery. Uncle Tom s Cabin by Harriet Beecher Stowe became a nationwide bestseller. It illustrated the harsh world of slavery that not that many people knew about. It created a wave of anti-slavery attitude which helped expedite the start of the Civil War. Some other abolitionists assisted slaves to run away and escape through the underground railroad. The underground railroad was a network of secret meeting places and routes to help slaves escape to

There is a opportunity of prejudice particularly in demoing the high potency for gross revenues of the company in comparing to rivals. As the director moving as the research worker. extra stairss would hold to be taken to determine the cogency of perceptual experience of the domestic sales’ appraisal and to guarantee truth. This concern connects to cognize what good research is and guaranting it is followed through exhaustively. On the other manus. an outside research worker presents merely what is purely supported by research. which may demo a lower potency for gross revenues. Ethical criterions are paramount in being nonsubjective as both the director and the research worker. The research worker is able to cover with the research with a more nonsubjective mode. and scientific mode which would bring forth indifferent consequences. â€Å"Efforts should be made to minimise the influence of personal prejudice in choosing and entering informations. † ( Cooper A ; Schindle r. 2011. p. 14 ) . The confliction of director and research worker functions is a cardinal issue. As stated earlier. demoing a high potency for gross revenues without good concern research. with prejudice to act upon the facts. could be damaging to doing valid direction determination. Directors who are extremely supportive of their companies either guarantee they have the best research to guarantee there is a competitory border in their pursuit for a higher return of investing and give a false sense of competitory security. Another illustration could be as the gross revenues director country sales’ minutess could be missing and there may be a enticement to maneuver the research toward demoing positive consequences. Conversely. by opening extra concern lines. it could distribute the gross revenues squad thin ; negative consequences may be shown alternatively. ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011 ) . A deficiency of clip or money could be factors of concern when working on a concern research program. As gross revenues director. duties include. but non limited to. delegating districts. puting gross revenues quotas. gross revenues squad preparation. make a strategic gross revenues program. and engaging forces. Time direction of executing a well. organized program of r esearch could easy conflict with duties as the gross revenues director. Thus. seting forth the clip. attempt. and company’s money could be negative factors in carry throughing the primary function and duty as the gross revenues director. There is a considerable clip demand to carry on effectual concern research. particularly when it deals with possible outboard engine merchandise enlargement within the domestic markets ; such an project would hold a negative impact on primary gross revenues direction responsibilities ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011 ) . 2. Ch. 1 – 10 — Apply the rules in Exhibit 1-4 to the research scenario in inquiry 8. The direction quandary is â€Å"the job or chance that requires a direction determination. † ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011. p. 5 ) . In this instance. the direction quandary could be worsening gross revenues. new merchandises. or competition. The inquiry that direction would wish answered is how do we know the gross revenues potency of the company merchandises in the domestic market? The direction quandary is frequently triggered by a job or chance. ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011. p. 12 ) . In this state of affairs. it is triggered by the chance to derive cognition to hopefully increase gross revenues. Once the direction quandary is understood. the company needs to specify the direction inquiry. Here. it would be how can we detect the gross revenues potency of the company’s outboard engines in the domestic market of the US and Canada? The direction inquiry can be defined b y get downing with the basic quandary and so develop extra inquiries by interrupting down the original inquiry into more specific 1s. ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011. pp. 12-13 ) . After both the direction quandary and inquiry are established. the research inquiry and the hypothesis that states the intent of the research. must be defined. This inquiry focuses the attending of the research to one chief idea. ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011. pp. 12-13 ) . In this instance. the research inquiries would include the undermentioned: ( 1 ) What is the best method to detect gross revenues possible? ( 2 ) What class of actions direction needs to take to establish outboard engines into the domestic market? ( 3 ) What domestic markets presently carry merchandises similar to our company? These inquiries would necessitate to be tested through geographic expedition and so redefined for lucidity. In this instance. looking at the current market or clients. should the focal point merely be on a specific type of client or should the engine or theoretical account be modified in order to make other mark clients or markets? Upon replying these inquiries. among others. the research workers would construct the research proposal and go on with the undermentioned stairss: find the research design scheme. collect and fix informations. analyze and interpret informations. describe the research. and do a direction determination ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011. pp. 14-15 ) . 3. You observe the undermentioned status: â€Å"Our female gross revenues representatives have lower client desertions than make our male gross revenues representatives. † a. Propose the constructs and concepts you might utilize to analyze this phenomenon Cooper and Schindler ( 2011 ) define constructs as â€Å"a by and large accepted aggregation of significances or features associated with certain events. objects. conditions. state of affairss. and behaviours. † ( p. thirty ) . A concept is defined as â€Å"an image or abstract thought specifically invented for a given research and/or theory-building intent. † ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011. p. thirty ) . 1. Explanatory ( Casual ) hypotheses â€Å"is an deduction that the being of or a alteration in one variable causes or leads to a alteration in the order variable. † ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011. p. 63 ) . One explanatory hypotheses could be â€Å"Increasing the figure of females in the gross revenues force ( IV ) will take down client desertion rate ( DV ) . † Another explanatory hypotheses could be â€Å"lowering client desertion rates ( IV ) increases the company’s profitableness ( DV ) . † 4. Confronted by low productiveness. the president of Oaks International. Inc. asks a research company to analyze occupation satisfaction in the corporation. What are some of the of import grounds that this research undertaking may neglect to do an equal part to the solution of direction jobs? Productivity is the rate at which goods and services holding exchange value are brought Forth or produced. ( Dictionary. 2013 ) . The ground why this research undertaking may neglect is the preconceived impression that the jobs’ satisfaction is related to low productiveness. Job satisfaction has a strong relationship with productiveness. but may non be the lone cause of the low productiveness in the corporation. Companies with low degree of productiveness could theoretically acquire significantly more work done. but they have factors that hold them back from their full potency. ( May. 2013 ) . Some of the undermentioned factors could be. but are non limited to: deficiency of leading or d irection. un-safe environment. outdated systems. employee dissatisfaction. employee personal jobs. and/or unequal communicating between sections. ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011 ) . Cooper and Schindler ( 2011 ) province that â€Å"the direction inquiry – its beginning. choice. statement. geographic expedition and polish – is the critical activity in the sequence. † ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011. p. 81 ) . In this instance. the direction quandary is non being to the full explored since it is being attributed to occupation satisfaction. The direction quandary is low productiveness and the grounds for this should be discovered individually. Until specific direction inquiries are formulated. focused research can non get down. If the research worker were to merely get down taking studies on the occupation satisfaction of employees. the director would stop up with accurate information. but it may non be the solution to the low productiveness issue. 6. Ch. 4 – 5 — Based on an analysis of the last six months’ gross revenues. your foreman notices that gross revenues of beef merchandises are worsening in your chain’s eatin g houses. As beef entree gross revenues decline. so do net incomes. Fearing beef gross revenues have declined due to several newspaper narratives describing E. coli taint discovered at country food market shops. he suggests a study of country eating houses to see if the state of affairs is permeant. a. What do you believe of this research suggestion? Beef gross revenues in the eating house might be worsening but there is no reference of general gross revenues or gross revenues of other points. Imputing the gross revenues decline to a recent E. coli jailbreak may or may non be the cause. The direction quandary is worsening beef gross revenues over the last six months. It is better to get down the research with the inquiry of â€Å"Why have beef gross revenues declined over the last six months? † alternatively of presuming the cause. This would let the research to research all possibilities alternatively of merely the E. coli theory. B. How. if at all. could you better on your boss’s preparation of the research inquiry? Cooper and Schindler ( 2011 ) specify the direction quandary as â€Å"the job or chance that requires a direction determination. † ( Cooper A ; Schindler. 2011. p. 5 ) . In this instance. the direction quandary is worsening beef gross revenues. Specifying the right inquiry ( s ) becomes cardinal to work outing this quandary. Trying to work out the incorrect inquiries will take to incorrect replies. Cooper and Schindler ( 2011 ) think â€Å"the direction question- its beginning. choice. statement. geographic expedition. and refinement-is the critical activity in the sequence† ( p. 81 ) . The general direction inquiry is â€Å"How can we increase beef gross revenues? † This would let the fullest scope of replies. The purchasing wonts of diners have changed and this is the inquiry that must be answered. It could be that frequenters can no longer afford the beef on the bill of fare or the eating house has a new cook and is destroying the steaks or even a new telecas ting show reding fish as a healthy pick. This procedure should get down with the frequenters of the eating house itself as it will supply more relevant feedback and information specific to the eating house. Research inquiries that begin to spot the ground behind why their diners are altering their bill of fare choices need to be formulated. The eating house so needs to be prepared to modify its bill of fare or operations to fulfill the diner’s needs. 7. Ch. 5 – 12 — Develop the management-research inquiry hierarchy ( Exhibits 5-6 and 5-8 ) . mentioning direction quandary. direction inquiry. and research inquiry ( s ) for each of the followers: a. What dividends would we be willing to offer? What way as a company do investors desire to see us travel? Are we prepared to alter way as a company to run into investor standards? c.
